I stayed home from school to work on my English I.S. essay and I'm halfway through it, but my mind is blocked so that's why I'm posting :)

Man, I am SO glad that May is almost over. This has been such a horrible month, I'll be glad when it's June. It's also weird that Prom is so close, too. I still have to do two essays and get those over with, but both my I.S. presentations are done, so I'm home free on those. It's nice to be finished and to watch your friends sweat just like you did ;)
It's still gonna be a busy week, but not as busy as it's been.
But what really sucks is that all the season finales are done, so no new tv :(

My English I.S. was FINALLY today and it went GREAT! I got 82% on it, so I'm really happy. And I think I did pretty good on my big-ass Math test, so I had a pretty decent day.
American Idol was won by...........Rueben! I was cheering for Clay, but Rueben's a good guy. I hope he does good in whatever he does. And the Enterprise season finale was tonight, too! It was good, but it was just a set-up for all the changes to happen next season. It should be interesting.....

My English I.S. was pushed back by ANOTHER day! Man, it seems like I'm never gonna be able to get this thing over and done with. Today it was postponed because of a "Sober" prom and graduation presentation thing. These are the consequences of alcohol, blah blah blah....
I saw the Matrix Reloaded, though! It was AWESOME!!!!! It was a great sequel to the first movie and Zion was SO kewl! The different types of hovercraft in dock and the Mech-warrior things were great. The things I loved were Neo's awesome fight scenes and Merovingian. He was SO funny!!! I really didn't like how CGI the fight scene between Neo and the Smiths were, though. I know, it's not like they could do something like that without computers and the makers of the film said it looked SO "realistic" but the people still moved like Ken dolls and looked just as plastic.
It'll be interesting to see how they clear up what happened in the end in Revolutions. It's gonna kick ass, though.
And tonight.......The Final Buffy Episode!!!!!

Well, the week went by pretty slowly. I didn't have to do my dreaded I.S. presentation, and it was pushed back to the the 20th, THANK GOD! It didn't matter anyway, cause I busted my ass to finish it. I've also made major headway on a website I have to do for a project. It was like the week that wouldn't end. I hardly had any classes because of teachers having to do other things and nothing that bg happened until night, cause that's when the finale's were.
So far I've seen:
Part 1 of the Buffy finale - Gawd, I just knew she was going to find some awesome super-weapon that can kick The First's ass. It's like the writer's buildt themselves into a corner and they needed something like that to get out of it.
Will and Grace finale - Hillarious!!!! Between Jack and Will accidentally sleeping together, to Karen and her yacht, it was one of the best finale's ever!
Friends - This one was great (Monica's giant hair was the star of the show) but I thought I'd be more angry over Joey and Rachel. Hey, why not? Ross has found his perfect woman, why not have Joey get his? It's still a little weird, though.
And the final episode of Dawson's Creek! - It had me tearing up more than once with Jen dying and all, but it was finally great to see them do something with Jack and Doug, and Joey finally made up her damn mind! Pacey! I knew that had to be her choice. Her and Dawson are just too similar, it wouldn't have worked out....AGAIN! I'm gonna miss the Creek, but it went out like the awesome show it was.
Tomorrow night I'm going to see The Matrix Reloaded with some friends. From what I've read on the Internet, this movie is gonna warp my little brain. It'll be an experience in itself, though.

This has been like, THE best weekend! I totally kicked ass today working on my English IS. I think it's gonna be pretty good and if I don't have to do it for another week, I'll be able to fine tune it, even though I probably won't. ;) I've still got to put together a hand out and a bristol board of a bunch of pictures and quotes and stuff, but I'll do that tomorrow during and after school. It's easier to use the printers at school.
I even had a sweet dream that involved Aaron Stanford last night, too! *LOL*

Here's a really nice pic of Aaron Stanford I found on his website
Man he's hot. I really like his eyes.

I just got back from seeing X Men 2, and it was FRICKING GREAT!!!!! I knew a lot of the plot and parts of it, but it was just awesome to see it firsthand. It was like, nonstop. It went by so fast that I was kinda sad that it ended so quick! I really can't narrow down which parts were my favourite, there were just SO many! Sarah really liked Nightcrawler. I loved how he teleported, especially when he saved Rogue after she got sucked out of the X Jet. It was really good how they showed the fire in Jean's eyes every time she used her new powers. I'm still sad that she "died" in the end, but I know she's going to come back as Phoenix because that's what happened in the comics, just like I knew Pyro was going to join Magneto, who was just great in the movie, by the way. It seemed like he was doing good, but when he got the chance to kill all the humans, he took it, showing just how evil he was.
In all, my favourite characters were Iceman and Pyro. It was nice to see Bobby Drake run around in boxers ;) And Aaron Stanford who played Pyro is a total hottie. I laughed my butt off every time Pyro was a smart-ass, especially when he told Bobby's dad it was his fault Bobby is a mutant because males carry the mutated gene.
Tonight was a welcome escape from the hell that is school, but tomorrow I gotta bust my ass to finish my English presentation. I'll jump to the ceiling with happiness if my teacher pushes them back a week like he said he might.

I'm feeling better today :) I went to the doc yesterday and he said I should be taking a multivitamin and it would probably give me more energy. *BLECH!* I hate taking those gigantic horse pills. They totally gross me out. I know I'll feel even better after the school year, or even for that matter the month of May is over. I'm in two classes that I don't even need and they're giving me the most grief. I'm so sick of all of it.
Looking forward to the weekend makes me happy, though. I'll go and see X2 with some friends. I know what's gonna go down, thanks to Internet reviews, but I still want to see it for myself. People think that if you know somethings going to happen, it'll be spoiled for you, but myself, I don't care. Until I see it with my own eyes, I haven't really experienced it. Plus, it's the X Men! There's not too many huge things that can happen that didn't in the comic book.

Gawd, school is a total waste of time.... It's beyond boring and the only thing that happens are soap opera-ish scenarios. Like, last time it was Caroline's life and now it's Adam and Shayla breaking up. The only thing that's made me happy today is knowng that our English IS's are put back by a week, which was a huge plus to me since it would've been next Tuesday and I've been totally stressed about it. Oh, and knowing for sure whether Adam would be living with Shayla and I. Guess not :(
I wish I'd feel better, too. My head still has the occasional spin and I'm still really tired. Ah well, soon I'll be home and I can take a nap. Then watch Must See TV. I love Thursday nights :)
